On the home page, too many "flashes".  Any particular reason y?  Same applies to header on other pages.  Also, I don't think there is a need for the dynamic date at the bottom of the page.  If at all, just date and time stamp.  It is battleing IMHO, with the "flashes".  Those "flashes" are also 61K.  I think you could of at least made them smaller.

On "Business Support & Strategy" page, bullets are "hidden" behind the white image.  Also, page seems to be "jumping" (in the upper nav area) b/w this page and other pages.  Same applies to "Human Resource Planning" page.

Header on "Management Services" page doesn't match header on other pages.

Your background images seem pretty large.

For consistency, I would say make all your square images on each page left-aligned.  On "Research & Insights" page, this isn't the case.

I hope these help.  In the end, there are many ways to skin a cat.  However, one way may be more efficient and cost-effective than another.

the continuous flash stuff, though personal, is something you should look at reducing/outright eliminating.  It makes me, and perhaps others out there, nauseous.  I hope you understand.

As far as s/w used to review, I don't have any.  It is just a standard I use to review sites for pple/companies that request that I review their sites.  For NL, I just so happen to use an abridged version, hence for the most part, my reviews sound the same.  For paying clients, I have a more detailed process though
