pls when should any woman expect her monthly period after birth.

for a woman who is breastfeeding exclusively, menstruation doesnt occur until she stops breastfeeding.
its a natural phenomenom.

i don't have d info about a woman who is not breastfeeding.

Not all women,some 3to 4 months after birth,some longer period,some until they stop breastfeeding (that serves as a natural birth control)It depends on the state of your body, as body differs from one woman to the other.
let me give u this practical experience,in my own case,I had one of my babies in April I didn't menstruate until December that same year and I was still breastfeeding.All those women that we gave birth during thesame period have started menstruating 3months after birth downward.
Some untill they stop breastfeeding,if that type of a woman decides to breastfeed for 2 to 3yrs its untill then b4 she can see her period.
Finally, is nothing to panic about, as body sytem differs.

Ah lol. You can have sex its safe in breast feeding mothers. As long as she breast feeds atleast every four hours. And the baby is not more than six months. Though can be extended.
