What Problems Have You Had With Your Phone?
« on: January 08, 2006, 06:05 PM »

I use Nokia 7200.

Due to careless falling down of the phone, I got my antenna broken.

I have to leave my phone opened to get signals on it,meaning i lose signals when its closed.

The money i spent on repairing it is enough for me to get a new phone.

Though it is working now, the antenna i have now is not as active like the one that came with the phone.

Has your phone really served you?

My phone has served me. I like everything about the phone... It tells me where whoever is calling me is calling from, and also tells me wherever im calling.  Cheesy Plus it jus has soo many features i can't list right now. It falls like almost everyday, and it's still strong and works fine. I can't remember the last time i switched it off.. it's always on. (is that bad for a phone?  Undecided ).
I use sanyo PM 8200.  Smiley

I started with NOKIA 3310 in 2001,that was when GSM started in Nigeria anyway.

It served me well due to the nature of my job,an engineer.

We all know its solid as a rock, fell so many times and no dent.

Nice phone always.

The phone that gave me "wahala" was LG. i didn't use it up to five months before the drama started.without earphone no communication for me!! I gave it out for repairs-story- nobody can repair LG phone unless you take it to them. I use Nokia 2650 since then- no story.
Its cool.

I use Nokia 7200 too and its been a year since i started using the phone. Its been wonderful and rarely have problems. The only challenge is that i don't receive incoming calls and sometimes have to switch it off and on again.

My phone spoilt 4 days to xmas and it is a nokia 2650. Someone called me and as I was about picking the call it went blank and later showed "insert sim'.
I've taken it to about 3 Engineers and non of them could repair it.
The most annoying part is that I stored so many interesting things in that phone.
When I remember it I just feel like hit it on the floor.
Can someone help me or refer me to where I can repair it in Lagos?

i use a nokia 6820. it was a nice dude until it lost two front teeth and spotted a bad case of craw-craw. now, it looks ugly as hell but it served me well. i am waiting for nokia e70 before i let the dude rest in peace....

@mckaycee next time, buy original nokia. they r more expensive but they last and last and r very rugged. mine has take a trip to the toilet (duh!) and back and it is still very much alive.
