in 2004 I have bad pains on my breasts during woman thing (peroid) so i deicde no bra for during woman thing only till 6 month later got less pain and in 2005 I was try take no bra only use sport bra in sprots jogging and krate only after that i took off , My breast pains went away never come back and after that bra free only use sport bra for jogging and krate with my husband and 2 kids So i went work and shopping with bra free i dont care if point nipple breast and i got black belt now-- come on gals try for one day, wear bra all time can cause breast cancer in later life.
