Buhari In Auto Crash
« on: April 17, 2007, 02:14 PM »

PRESIDENTIAL candidate of the All Nige ria Peoples Party (ANPP), General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), on Monday escaped death in an auto crash. The party immediately cried foul over the incident.

The auto crash was said to have happened on Airport Road, Abuja, while he was on his way to the city after arriving in the capital from an undisclosed destination.

Report reaching the Nigerian Tribune said the general’s jeep was badly damaged while he reportedly broke a wrist.

The ANPP Director of Publicity, Mallam Ibrahim Modibbo, who confirmed the accident to the Nigerian Tribune, said the general was in a stable condition after the incident.

He disclosed that a vehicle crossed over from another lane to hit the general’s jeep which was in a convoy.

“The whole thing is suspicious as it is strange that a vehicle will hit a convoy just like that,” Moddibo said.

@topic,

What is it with all these incidents involving our politicians.

First Ya'radua was flown abroad for medical emergency.

Atiku followed with a strained muscle after exercising.

Then we learnt of the death of the AD flagbearer.

We were later spared the sudden death of Chris Okotie who was in a plane crash.

Now it is Buhari in a car accident.

Who is next?  Is this a bad omen or what?

this is a sign for all the politicians to be careful and not loot from the suffering masses. No one is above the law of God, and God will help us

God can sanitize Naija anyhow he deems fit.
Even it means sending a macho mosquito to bite the individual to death,he'll do it.
