Finally saw the faces of the Nairaland BBA Thread. With a feast of such profusion that it momentarily destroyed my appetite. I quickly regained it though. All that food was not to be missed  . For those who couldn't make it, too bad. It was a delightful experience chatting with the real life Tampico, Spice Girl, Mamus2010, Uche1, Salsera (who flew in from Italy that morning) and my dearest Ndi. We had fun eating food we couldn't pronounce and drinking chapman till we almost drowned. Everyone expressed a wish that Salvage and Dalby could have been there with us,if only to have a lively argument with. Spora didn't come  and we had really wanted to see him. Bah!!! It was fun sha. I didn' want to say that online so as not to discourage others. I am indeedy sorry. Sure, you had a nice time! @ALL(who were not there) Thanks so much. The party was swell. 7 of us were in attendance as a lot of people called to cancel the day before. So at the end of the day we actually had people who paid money into my account come to defend their cash. I had gone there 5 days before, n booked for a presidential room that would carry 10 of us. I also made chest tags with our usernames which i left at the reception which was displayed beautifully on top of a golden tray covered with a maroon hanky. So i went upstairs, and waited, As they came in they picked up their tag at the reception and were ushered upstairs by an usher. IT WAS VERY GRAND! We then ordered chapman(yes, Spora not vodka ), and started chatting as we waited for everyone to come. Ndi came first,then spicegirl,then LC,then Uche1,then Salsera came in straight from the airport,then finally mamus2010. We were given these hot steaming towels to clean our hands, before the buffet was served on a revolving table. Just the sight of the revolving table of chicken sauce, fish sauce,vegetable sauce,beef sauce,and chinese fried rice, and lots more killed my appetite because i had already gotten full on the starter which consisted of spring rolls, and King Fried prawns in cutlet(hope i got that right), and then we got fruits for desert. So we talked of everything ranging from Ofu's R ape, and everything about BBA2. We entered into other topics on nairaland.Talked about ourselves,our work, and anything that just came up. We ended the evening on a very lovely and affectionate note. We exchanged phone numbers, and 'viola' new lasting friendships were formed. I really enjoyed myself immensely. @Spora That was not our concluded agreement oooo  ! U said u would come in and leave the next day because where u are is not far away. Anyway i really know why u didn't come, so be there lying to them saying u told me. No be me u tell. @Modups Really wished u cud have been there. Really wanted to see my girlfriend for real! @Adechuks I wish i cud knock that nail of guilt well well into ure head. U really have no excuse. There is something u can do. U can start by picking up ure phone, because i called u sotay oo no answer. And the other thing u can do u have to think about it well well. @ALL(those that did attend) Thank u so much for ure confidence in me. It's quite hard to pay money into someone's account who u really don't know, but u guys trusted in me, and did.U guys are great. I'm so happy to have met all of you. I hope this is the beginning of a new,lasting , and beautiful friendship. Love u all. I also wish we will have cause to reunite again, on yet another exciting thread. Tforever  |

I understand how u must feel about my crime, and in fact, you try, no be small.
don't worry. I'll make it up to you. Big time.
and there are some atonement strategies i have though, recommended for all those who were supposed to be at the reunion, but were not. especially my good friend (Mr. Dye aSpora).
1. Drinking at least 1.5litres of Tampico everyday
2. minimum of 10 lawyerchap-type analytic posts everyday (on a thread to be chosen by Ndi)
3. Return ticket to Salsera. Hotel bills welcome too.
4. Extra memory card (10GB) for uche1's camera which i suspect did the world-famous recordings on youtube.
5. Beautiful designer shoe for spicegirl and mamus2010 (technical report on vision2010 -the one submitted to FG in 1996- also welcome).
Other suggestions welcome.

Just wanted to say quickly that the re-union was wonderful!, It went brilliantly and everybody loved it To those who couldn’t make it, you were missed! But grab a drink while you look at the Video and you can feel like you were really there… Kind of. Thank you to everyone who came to our re-union yesterday. We really enjoyed ourselves (probably a bit too much, I think, based on the state of the Jade's Chinese Restaurant) and i hope you all had a good time too. It was great meeting so many of you in person and getting your comments and feedback. The other dishes we've tried are the sichuan double cooked bacon, beef with hot green pepper (spicy but very good), dan dan noodles, crab meat with asparagus soup. There are more but I don't remember. |

Hey, i no say i miss but wetin man fit do, i was at work till 5pm yterday but my mind was at the reunion because na so so mistake full my report. But come to think of it i did not really miss o because my Spora no dey but we later had our own reunion at our usual plc ytday so we r not part of those who missed. |

The video clip is being circulated all over the internet and chain emails. How can it be stopped before the Alaba marketers get it on CD for traffic sale? MNET's apology to ofunneka can never undo the eternal damage their negligence has caused to her life. Is there any law that can protect her from continued distribution of the sex tape at least on the streets of Nigerian cities?
