I have gotten what i want.all this while i had been eager to activate my line for Web,but to no avail.today i just activated my line and i got the web settings from a friend.am now using my mini opera and mig33.i have both d wap & web setting on my phone,& both ar working effectively.anybody interested should send me his/her email id for the web activation & settings.esprit de corps.

Yicob,u cannot browse web with wap activatn.your line need web activatn,after which u can use mini and mig33.watch out

Celtel gprs is back & free. Just send sms containing the word -Wapgprs,space phone name,space model -send to +232 & 15naira will be deducted from your ac .
You'll recieve settings,save them ,restart your phone & browse all the way 4 free, Gdluck
