nasyl if u're using opera? goto option>prefrences>network>server connection, check the "http" nd "enable http" nd uncheck others. in d http write celtel ip addr n port num, here u go

do what Dujardin said. . . .and if its INTERNET EXPLORER. . . . .goto TOOLS. , , .then goto INTERNET OPTIONS. . . .then goto cCONNECTIONS. . . .then double click on the dail up u are using to connect. . . .when it opens,check the two small box first. . . .see pic below for the rest. . . . |
