Greetings, This is what I've gathered so far from this thread. I have not tried them -but, hope it does workout for you. Step1connectioin name : Access APN : internet username : none password : (no passords- just leave the defaults) home page : http://www.ng.celtel.comno IP addresses and no port numbers Access!WAP
homepage: delete it, leave it blank.
username: blank
password: blank
IP Add. : 172.18.254.5
Port: 8080 --You may want to change your APN to this: APN : wap.ng.celtel.com "only" if the default APN dosen't work. |

hi guys,a lot of people hv sent me txt requesting for web/wap activatn and settings.the reason why i have not reply some is that,i don't hv enough credit to reply everybody.if however,anybody wants a speedy reply to his/her txt concerning celtel activatn and settings then the person should send me recharge of his/her choice for the txt.it is a choice,not by force.my numbers are 08035706725 or 08053318934.cheers.esprit de corps

The challenge I have is that my celtel line has been de-activated for gprs service. Please somebody need to help me. I have the settings on my phone but the line is not activated for gprs anymore.

@ farfawai what phone do you use? If it's nokia, go to connectivity on your phone - packet data - turn it always online for d G sign

hi honsule. i actully had a postpaid celtel line, of which i use for browsing. i tell you. my bills are just too much. however, i use to have a prepaid of which i swap both lines on the same phone and settings. but its not possible to synchronised to a pc, probablly because the settings isn't for the number. could you please sent me the settings to either 08023138341 or abiolaxhp@yahoo.comthanks man. in anticipation |
