I can't believe that somehow I've not encountered this thread before today! 

I read and speak French and English and, as some of you might know, I've been wanting to learn Pidgin, but have no idea how to go about it.  I suppose I'll have to work my through this thread over the next few days to see what you all have to say. 

When I start to have trouble, may I please call on some/any of you for help?

if u are a nigerian ,no matter what,u should understand pidgin.my own problem is that i don't know how to speak but i understand,sometimes when i speak, it sounds annoying to those i speak it to.at times when i hear some people speak it sounds very lovely most especially people from warri.

You know what? I myself am trying to learn to speak Pidgin English and I think the best way is to observe and ask alot of questions. Come to think of it, I'm very surprise after a few months in here, when posters speaks in Pdgin English, I could actually understand what their tryin to say but am still learning how to speak it myself. All the best.  Wink
