Why Do Many Christian Churches Go To Church On Sunday And Not Saturday?

  WHY DO MANY CHRISTIAN CHURCHES GO TO CHURCH ON SUNDAY AND NOT SATURDAY? Please i want to know why majority of christian churches in the world today attend church services on sunday, which the Bible called the first day of the week, (Luke 24;1,Matthew 28;1) instead of saturday which is the seventh day and the one blessed and commanded by God that christians should remember and keep holy.(Gen. 2:2-3 and exodus 20:8-11} Is there anywhere in the bible that shows that God changed His mind about the sabbath commandment?

Jesus died on a friday(Good Friday) and resurrected from death on the  third day, which was a sunday

The ressurection was the mark of assurance of salvation and faith of all christians

secondly, the holy spirit descended upon the apostles on a sunday, which is the beginning of christian's faith in action and the assurance that God is with us.

Those two reasons are why christian churches turned the holy day(sabbath day) from saturday(originally sabbath day to sunday for the fact that we live in the new testament

its their belief,some believe sunday is the day of worship and others believe its saturday because of the issue of sabbath.
