Vitamin D is needed to make babys and help keep your bones strong. This is why white people have a low birth rate and there bone structure is weak.

1. Neuromelanin and melanin in the organs is different from the melanin that causes skin pigmentation. White people have as much neuromelanin as black people. Your point is mute
2. Strong pigmentation actually inhibits the synthesis of vitamin D from UV radiation. That's precisely why white people have less melanin, to enable that synthesis in areas with less exposure to sun light. You've got it all mixed up
3. Low birht rates among white people in Europe and the US is caused by improved socio-economic conditions. There is a direct correlation between higher birth rates and overall poverty. It has nothing to do with any inherent biological features of any groups (although nutrition and pollution also play a role in this)
