Our client, one of the nations leading food processing companies committed to offering quality, convenience and value for money is seeking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A good first degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
- An MBA in any Business Management Field would be an added advantage.
- Strong entrepreneurial skills with an ability to communicate effectively and work co-operatively with a wide range of people at a various levels.
- Previous experience in a blue chip international FMCG company with marketing and branding and a minimum of 5 years at Senior Management position.
- Relevant experience as well as good working knowledge of products such as food and confectionery is advantageous.
- Proven experience in determining strategic direction and the implementation of strategies
