The rates being demanded by the banks for Nigerians in Nigeria are unbelievably punitive. 15% to as much as 22% in some places. These are slavery rates in our opinion. This is why we do not recommend these "mortgages" for Nigerians. We however have an instalmental payment plan over a period of 1 year that is totally interest free!

Sir, what is the name of this estate? Did you say near Mayfair Gardens? Mayfair Gardens is in Awoyaya, so if this site is near Mayfair then IT IS NOT LEKKI.
Will realtors stop confusing innocent members of the public. The nearest place even to Awoyaya is Sangotedo. This is how I got sold a land in Awoyaya described to me in London as Lekki.

That general axis is referred to as Lekki corridor. That is why the Lagos state Government has Lekki Phase 1 close to VI, Lekki Phase 2 by Ajah and Lekki Phase 3 after Awoyaya. So I don't think we are being misled. |
