Pours powder into boiling water.  Asks you to prepare the "pounded" yam by stirring.  Asks you to prepare the egusi stew.  The pounded yam and egusi soup eventually materializes, thanks to me! Cheesy

For me I've suddenly fallen in love with "Calabar" foods o.Don't blame me o.But those people are too good in the kitchen o!You have just too many soups to choose from, Edikaikong,Editan,Atamang,Afiafere,Afang,, and many many other "Afia this" "Afia that" "Edi this","Edi that",

I was just browsing the web and i came across this page, man speak of the wrong time to read about all this food, i'm at work Cry, so back to the topic my favourite Nigerian food? Let me da si le(lay it down) for u guys, I'm an Ekiti girl so its Iyan(pounded yam) all the way with Efo(egusi)and assorted meat with Fried fish stew or jollof rice and fish, as u can see i am a big fan of fish, last but not least beans with fried pepper mixed with assorted meat. Cool

Somepeople call that ijekuje or ipapanu, those things are not food o.

Food is Amala with gbegiri and ewedu, topped with goatmeat, roundabout, saki and bokoto or thick ponmo followed by maltina, and we have reached home. Cool
