If you are new to 3D pick one of them instead of having both and getting nowhere. I know where you can download it for free but they are large files and you need a premium account with rapidshare. If you don't have a premium account with rapidshare you can only download 100mb every hour. If you want the link to both Maya and 3ds max let me know.

Check your email. Maya is very difficult to crack but some one in a forum I go to cracked it, I included an explanation in the " Read this first" attachment I sent to your email. Good luck.
