INEC Abandoned Ballot Papers in S/Africa -Atiku
From Andy Ekugo in Abuja, 04.26.2007

One week after the general elections, it has been alleged that  millions of printed ballot papers are still in a warehouse in South Africa.
The Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organisation made this allegation in a statement  that INEC deliberately starved most polling stations of presidential ballot papers to give room for the fraudulent results released on Monday.
This was made public yesterday by Dr Gary K Busch, a UK based international transport and logistics expert, the organization stated.
“Contrary to claims that the eleventh hour Supreme Court judgment on Atiku’s participation in the election was responsible for both the late arrival and shortage of presidential ballot papers, the Atiku
Campaign can confirm that INEC deliberately left 70 percent of the ballot papers in a warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa , where the 65 million ballot papers were printed. The contractors could have freighted the entire 200-ton consignment into the country three days before the election (Thursday) but INEC told them to bring only 30 percent of the ballot papers”.
This the organisation believes is a  monumental fraud and mind-boggling waste of tax payers money. perpetuated by INEC in the name of holding shamelections.
