When Will Dangote Flour Mills Ipo Happen?

Anyone with information on this IPO?  What about the Dangote Cement IPO?

Hears its a day thing not sure about dat.

But noone seems to have any idea about the price. Brokers in the house let us in on this one.

Has anyone got an idea how "HOT"  the dangote flour is going to be. Can it be more successful or on the same scale as the Dangote Sugar ?. Reasons  for your conclusion shall be highly appreciated. Ta!

  i'm looking to spend almost 600k and it gonna be 4 medium term 2-3yrs. is it advisable to spend this kind of money on
   dangote flour. i don't wanna regret like transcorp. i'm happy the value of my dangote sugar double.

   what will happen to dangote flour next yr summer? is it gonna be 36naira.

Company is valued at N75bn or $590m.
* Each share is valued at N15 pending all regulatory approvals.
* Number of shares to be sold: 1.25bn of 5bn i.e. 25% of the company will be sold.
* Firm underwriting by 11 issuing house (each house will underwrite N1.7 bn of the offer) – FCMB is the lead issuing house.
* Offer date likely to be end of July i.e. within the next 2 weeks.
* Offer duration will only be 10 days.
* No preferential allotment – though the issuer has requested a proviso for business associates.
* NSE quotation committee meeting will hold on the 17th of July and issuing houses are currently responding to some observations by SEC, these are the last regulatory hurdle that must be cleared prior to the offer.
