hi guys, I just joined this forum and i think it is a great one. I work in unity bank and i am glad for coolwater joining us but u need to get some things straight. the 1.9m paid fresh graduates is true but 25% is given to u based on performance. that means a quarter of your salary is tied down and will not be given to u till your appraisal is done and the management thinks u have performed well. I am actually in charge of the development of the appraisal application and i know what i am saying but the good thing is, the bank is going thru some restucturing which will be good for anybody joining at this time. the website is www.unitybankng.com. check the websites but if your in abuja, u could bring the stuff to the head office. cheers. |
