Smoking Igbo is not legal in Nigeria. It is not an activity that is openly displayed or encouraged and is usually done behind closed doors. No parent in their right senses will happily encourage their children to keep weed smokers as friends or partners. So back to the question; In Nigeria any form of drug taking/peddling/sharing is not morally acceptable. |

So because homosexuality isn't legal in Nigeria a parent shouldn't allow his/her homosexual kid be himself or relate with other homosexuals?
In the 1700's in igbo land an OSU i.e outcast was an abomination and no 'sensible parent' would allow his kid marry or relate with an osu. . .does that make it right?
Sometimes laws and societal moral codes aren't necessarily right thats why morality evolves and changes across generations.
