How My Caller Id Failed Me. . .

Ok…so this morning I get a call from a withheld number…no big deal my friend’s number typically comes up that way.  So I am talking to him and he says can you call me right back and I say sure…So I call him right back and after about 7-8 minutes he's asking was I thinking about him or did I miss him etc, my typical response was given…then he says so what do I owe the pleasure of this early morning call…My response is I was thinking the same thing when you called and his reply is I didn’t call you…initially I think he is joking right…So I am like yeah ok…whatever.  He says no really I didn’t call you I was still in the bed when you called.  Hmmmm my mind start racing …he says was the number withheld I said yeah he goes hmmm no I didn’t call you… I’m like well it sounded just like you and the number was withheld so…

Now what should I do. . .

it might not be him
someone that knows he uses private number is taking advantage of that knowledge
it might even be him
