If the magnitude of the gift is so much then the guy is trying to buy the girl
If the demanding rate of the girl is also high, then the guy might change his status from loving her to purchasing her.
If the gift becomes a regular ritual, then the love he has for her would depreciate; because he would want something back for his spending; so after having sampled her to his satisfaction, he heads towards the exit door.
My opinion about giving gifts should be a two way thing; the guy shouldn’t be the only one playing the Santa clause role; the girl must ensure that she puts her love to practice by surprising her guy with gifts no matter how little and I can assure you that he would cherish her forever.

hon, its in our nature to ask for sex, we were programmed that way. its the animalistic tendecy in us baby, in biology it is called hormones. Whenever a man sees a woman, sex is the first thing that comes his mind. Its is our place to initiate the mating process, while the dating process is very important for the ladies, because its evaluates and acertain the quality of man the lady is about to mate with and eventually live with. When my bf was broke, I was the one that give him gifts!!! For his birthday, for Christmas, for CHinese New Year, For New Years and I dont receive anything from him cause he is broke. So the only thing he could do for me was to cook me a nice meal (even that comes from my pocket)
Now that he is well off, he buys me alot of stuff but I never stop buying him gifts. I love him too much to even be calculative!
