There's a clear resemblance of the Nsude pyramids to the Step Pyramid of Saqqara in Egypt by the way.

I can't wait to visit the site,this is the kind of story that we should be exploring as a people,it gives us a platform that we lost to colonization and indoctrination to work on.According to the vague oral history of my place somewhere in Delta ibo land,my founding ancestors migrated from Egypt,it is more like a myth,but it could be true,we have a dynasty that can be traced back to over 800 years,that i know it's true because the dynasty still exist today.

Any geo-physical historian to shade some light on the nature of the sahara before it became desertified?
From a report I read from NASA last year, what we know as sahara desert today has evidence rivers, forests, and possibly human occupation in the past.
If the sahara was populated, then we can see the possibility of people living and occupying the land b/w west africa and north africa. If we understand that, then it will not be a surprise that a technology that existed in one part would also exist in another, like pyramid building.

I read that the Igbos migrated from the North East of Africa so this could actually back up that theory. People should remember that as invasions occurred in that region, the indigenous people were forced Southbound as one can see what is happening in Dafur.

There was a documentary about the discovery of pyramids tombs found south of the Sahara and the buried mummified bodies. As usual they tried to rubbish the idea that the indigenous people of Africa could be so awesome and put it down to ex slaves copying their masters.

Man those pryamids or whateva they small sha, Whether or not we built it or even built the ones in egypt.  Very dark skinned people were clearly the original Egyptians and the ruled most of the world - They were masters of the universe of their own time.

Nobody is black as in black and by that same token, nobody is white. And if you must know, dark skin is the default skin, genetically-speaking. Light skin or the so-called ''white'' is an aberation; a mutation which evolved over more than a million-year time course, when the first men (presumably dark-skinned) first moved out from Africa (specifically East Africa) to colder regions and started becoming light-skinned. So it is not at all a genetic advantage to be ''white''. And, like other genes (G), skin color (phenotype; P) is engendered by the environment (E), the so-called GxE=P interaction. It follows then that the melanin gene is present in every human, but is not expressed in people with long-term adaptation to colder climates. As such, if you put a ''white'' person in Africa, an ideal E for dark-skin pigment expression, there is every likelihood that they get darker over time; and the reverse is the case for a dark-skinned person in a cold climate. This last statement is not an individual genetics but rather population genetics, since it will take more than a million years for this type of reversion to take place and no individual lives that much.
