Nigerian Recipes For Class Project In US.?!
« on: May 10, 2007, 05:39 AM »

Good Evening,

The parents in my 8 year old son's class will soon be doing a presentation on Nigeria for the children.  I am in charge of doing the food.  I am here to request recipes that would be appropriate to serve 8 and 9 year olds (i.e. something they would eat!).  I need to make about 2-3 simple items.   I would also like to know what the most popular soft drink is, so I can serve that also.  I am in the US (Seattle, Washington).  Thank you in advance for any help/recipes/advice you can pass along!!  Cheesy
