HOW TO PARTICIPATE
   Obtain a PTPI Travel Application Form.
   Submit a completed application form with the required program package fee fully paid on or before the deadline.

NB: A non refundable application fee of N10, 000  (covers the application pack only)

ELIGIBILITY
   Student and youth sport ambassadors
   Young professionals.
   Entrepreneur and Business owners.
   Age between 16 and 45.
          NB: A Valid international passport must be in possession.

sounds like a con. Why should you pay non-refundable money just to apply for something like this? It's just a holiday. So they get 200 people applying and end up taking 2 people - who have to pay for their trip as well?
