Criminal Tendency Of An Average Nigerian

I was asking my collegues why many Africa Countries are considered before Nigeria in terms of morals. I am most worried that South Africa, Ghana and Egypt are considered before Nigeria in most thing beside morals despite our achievement. My collegues told me that criminal tendency of an average nigerian is high. An indian once told me that the criminal tendency of an average Nigerian is very high. A collegue came back from UK and said he was been looked at as a suspect. Do you believe it? Now, in you own rating, what is the criminal tendency of an average Nigerian?

i would also have to agree that it is some-what higher than the average African countries (Ghanians i'm doubting as they also have theirs).
