Hi People
I live in California, I am thinking of building 6 flats in Abuja and rent it out to expatriates
How much should I budget for 3 plots of land in say (Abuja) Wuse 2 or somewhere a bit posh (you get me)
How much will it cost from beginning to end, I have a budget of 150,000 dollars,
Is it too much or too small? Please advise.

In Port Harcourt that will barely buy you a plot of land in an area where expatraiites would live. I think Abuja would be a cheaper option. But then, 150,000 usd can't build you six flats+ land in .I think properties are very expensive in Nigeria.And they hardly ever worth their value.

Abuja will be the better option idont know what kind of house you can build with the money though
I think in PH expats will live in the buildings provided by their company
