Madonna, James Blunt, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Genesis will be amongst the headliners at the UK leg of the global series of Live Earth shows.
Live Earth is taking place on July 7 across seven continents and has been organised to highlight climate change and to encourage the world to do something about global warming,
The UK concert will be held at London's Wembley Stadium and other acts confirmed include Foo Fighters, Duran Duran, Snow Patrol and Razorlight, reports the BBC.
Seventeen acts have been announced so far, with The Beastie Boys, David Gray, Damien Rice, John Legend, Black Eyed Peas, Bloc Party, Corinne Bailey Rae, Keane and Paolo Nutini completing the line-up.
Tickets will cost £55 and will be allocated by a ballot - which fans can register for from 12pm on Friday (April13).
Concerts will also be taking place in the US, Johannesburg, Rio de Janeiro, Shanghai, Sydney and Tokyo.
