I'm a 300level maths & statistics students. i want 2 get involved in IT, database programmin, don't know how to go about gettin d knowldge/certification.

secondly, my elder gav me his computer, but the CPU is fucked so i want to get another one, secondhand and i have a budget of 20k. mainly for music, internet and typin project. who can hook wit me?
