hey dude, this is my advice for u, hope u take it serious.
1st go down to NIMR(national institute of medical research) at yaba opposite the Presbiterian Church.go down to their lab an take a serious swab on your *_coughs*  then take the result down to ikeja general teaching hospital or LUTH and request to see a UROLOGIST (tell whosoever attends to u that u were referred there to see a Urologist).
 there,they would finish it up.
Remember, all u need there is patience else u would definitely leave.
stop all self medic as too much antibiotics could HARM You
