What Happened To Shopforless.com?

I'm wondering what happened to shopforless.com.  Did they close up shop since their website seems to be shut down?

 It was bought by Park and shop. I guess that they are reengineering the website

Their prices were a bit high though. . . I wonder if they were making much profit. . .
