A good culture of regular exercise of atleast 30mins is good for the body,this will however immune the body system against diseases and boost high energy.Tola,human kinetics/Unilag.

it is a remedy for hypertension,diabetes,heart attack, obesity, lowers cholestrol level,

I believe there are different types of exercises; an exercise could be done to body- build and it could also be done to slim down
