My Internet Connection Is Slow

i work for a cafe and my problem is that the internet is very slow. The problem i have noticed is that my boss partitioned the speed into two he is using one for his private home and the other for the cafe This has made the speed very very slow. I sometimes run away when clients start complaining. I need someone who can just tell me how to redress this anomaly. My boss uses 60kb and the cafe uses the remaining . Note the cafe and my boss home is the same compound. I need your help please.
