please, i will like to know if i can use a company statement of account for processing my student visa application for uk with a sponsor letter from the person that own the copany, an engineering company with contracts from state govt.

Please, i will need a detail info on this. thanks

You can , but be careful on how you write the sponsor letter.

Lest i forget, what is the relationship between you, sponsor and his company.

You must provide sufficient evidence how he has the capacity to use company funds to sponsor you.
