i know a very good orphanage in lagos that allows child adoption.
first you go to the lagos state welfare dept.i don't really know much about what happens there but i think you would be scrutinized to know your reasons of wanting to adopt.
then they would check your financial capability ie would u be able to care for the adopted child.etc BUT
about d orphanage, they only give out children below the age of 5 for adoption.
they do the adoption freely and monitor the child even after adoption though from a distance(without your knowledge) and if they feel you are not taking good care of the child or the child is not just ok with you, they are coming back for their baby Sad

Ifya,

It would seem like there could be room for abuse.  I mean it would appear that this could be a good 419 con.  You know take folks money.  Then pretend the child is cared for properly and take the child back, to be sold to the next person.
