Hi Guys,

I have an investment bus for sale. It is an LT 40 bus – a 27 seater bus. Registered for commercial operation in Lagos and has operated for just a month since purchase.

This is a bus with daily returns of N 5,000 or N 30,000 per week (e.i. Mondays to Saturdays).

Unfortunately the organization I work for in Lagos just relocated me to Port Harcourt and this class of buses is not in operation in the garden city.

It’s newly painted, well constructed seats and designed interior. Also all commercial levies and tickets and licenses have just been paid for.

This is a good investment for those in Lagos seeking additional investment outlet.

It’s a difficult decision for me to sell this bus since it’s barely a month I put it on the road and it’s been performing creditable well. However because of the apparent difficulty in managing it from Port Harcourt I just have to sell it.

Interested buyer can also go with the current driver if he/she desires.

The bus is going for N 950,000 (Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) which can  easily be recovered in less than 8 months.

Thank you Seun for that Q. Actually when one says investment bus, it means a bus acquired for the sole purpose of making money. It differs from a bus acquired for personal use, company use, school use etc. It's like an investment house where the investor acquires the house for making money as in rents, lease, resell etc which difers from a residential house or a company corporate office. I hope this helps your understanding of the term.
