You need to download the itunes application too your PC. It will convert all the songs it finds to itunes format. Once you connect your phone to the PC, itunes should automatically start up. if it does not, start it manually. From there, it can randomly add songs to the phone or you can choose the songs you want added. The user manual will give more details.
