University Of Leeds Vs University Of Manchester Which Is Better?

Could u guys tell me which of these schools is  better , am trying to decide, especially when it comes to a course like Engineering Project Management.

manchester university might be better than leeds but manchester is a crime zone ,leeds is way better than manchester so i would say go for  leeds university ,all university in the uk are accredited under the same commitee
