How To Connect 2 Systems Via Wireless Lan

Please i would like to know how i can connect two systems via my WiFi(Wireless Lan).
I know i hav done it before but i jus can't find my way.
I tired the AdHoc setting but it still didnt work.
please help

to be able to do this the other Pc has to be Wi-Fi compliant --- when you activate your Wi-Fi, you can see any other devices within the vicinity that is Wi-Fi compliant. however both Pcs shouldn't be so far off from each other.

if you have xp on both systems, then use a flash to create an ad hoc connection.
just follow the wizard and you will be okay!!
