Uzor, you can get your money in two main ways,

1. If you have a domicilary account , that is a dollar account for instance with your bank, you register it in your google  account information, with that google wires your money to your account, it usually takes about 1 to 4 days, but its quite expensive and google will deduct the money they use in wiring the money from you cash, thus you get the balance.

2. You can request a check, this is payeable to your account name and any address you add to your google account.

NB: you cannot change the payee name on a google account, so once you have opened the account, the name you use, will be the payee name for your checks, but you can change the address any time.

Once you get the check simply get you money by paying it into your account.

My advice : Open a domicilary account,  but don't use wire transfer, when you get your check just pay it into your domicilary account.
