A black congressman just got busted taking kickbacks for doing business with Nigerian companies and African American companies.
I think both sides see the future and want a piece of the action. Smile.

Youngdice,
did whites actually like Africans before they started buying slaves from Africans?
Business is Business. As long as the money turns green in the end nobody cares if you love them. Not in the business world.
I know one African American in business with Nigerians and he says that you can not talk like you care about the poor in Nigeria. They blacklist, kind of a "us richfolks" against "those poor folks" fight they got going on where he deals with business. He says he has to sneak away and go and do the charity work he does in Nigeria.
Then again maybe he works for CIA and was just giving me some bullshyt story about being in oil business. Maybe he sneak off to woods to make secret arms deals.
Anyways, the point is, this question is kind of S__L__O__W.
African Americans and Africans are in business together and even more so now.
It's no longer a question of "If" it is now a question of how to impriove and support these ties.

Youngdice,
I know a Nigerian right now who sells weed on the block. He got shot 5 times a couple of years ago because he was standing by a Negro who was getting shot at.
He's still on the block. Nobody hates him.
