My opinion is that you cannot cure a sickness with another sickness. You cannot 'erase' the results of your fornication with murder. Please bear the consequences of your actions and serve your sentence, hard as it may seem. Don't treat the child any differently from how you would treat your legitimate child. Why? Because the child did not ask you to be brought into this world. Mouths will wag initially but with time, people will have other things to talk about.

No one here should be in a place to be judging you. However, I feel like the decision whether or not to keep the baby should be one that your cousin makes especially because it is her body. You should also seek advice from a health counselor, and see what the options are, and what are the chances of complications and genetic defects are. You should also man up about it, take responsibility for your actions and support the woman in whatever she decides to do with the baby.
