He is like beckam, at times u feel like he is overrated,at times he really plays well. One thing, he never looses the ball, some of his passes are good. He plays a simple game, pass the ball to the nearest guy.

for those of you that believes that we are all entitle to our opinions, so can i add here that obj plays better that okocha or that tinubu can lead nigeria's attack in uganda.
sometimes we can say from our various opinions that either some minds are retarded or blank.
if mikel is using juju, then it is worth using juju because his juju worked against fifa in holland and he was second to messi. in egypt against caf and he was given about two different awards and in most of his carling cup matches and fa cup matches he got the english fa.
we are saying that ferguson and mourinho who are both world class coaches did not see anything in him.
like i said, malaria tablets will be of help here.
it will be understandable if someone says he is envious here because a search through google will express different opinions from big time sports writters in and outside africa addressing the guy in different robes and analysing his abilities with different football terms and heros.
how can a pure water saler come here to say his opinion even when he does not watch football.
the people we have here is that some people have pre-occupied their mind with such belief that nothing good can come out of babylon.
many said he will not even seat on chelsea bench throughout the season but now he is in the fore front so out of shame they can't reverse their tongues.
as for the boy, who God has blessed no man can course.
the boy is really growing from strenght to strenght.

No offence taken here but Chidichris, it looks  and definitely showed that you are a blues. I can smell some sentiments. though there is no such thing as juju, not talking of using same in futball. If so, every punk in the world will be using such, so as  to earn 100,000 pounds a week

Chelsea have had to send the FA Cup back to the Football Association for a silversmith to repair it after a player - thought to be Jon Obi Mikel - dropped it while celebrating the Blues victory over Manchester United in May. (Various)

Since when did missing a match for your country mean you to  be unpatriotic?

Anyway, i think a lot has to be blamed on the attitude of our players and fingers would mostly point at NFA and Ministry of Sports. Europeans and South Americans jump at the chance to play for their country but West Africans don't. I specifically refer to the Togolese debacle that occurred at the World Cup 2006, Essien - Ghana and Mikel.

It is no news.

The FA cup is still on display in Stamford bridge.

It is the lid that was damaged and already in Birmingham for repair.

The following picture is the man that broke the story.
