Why is it the cute ones don't win slams except for Sharapova.
Too many distractions, maybe.

Henin breaks for the second time in the second set to go 4-1 up.

This final has been a big let down for me, come to think of it the whole women's event. My best game was the sharapova Schnyder match. Hope we see a better final tomorrow.

The Sharap-Schnyder match was the tightest match. Would have been my best but my fav lost. So, I'll pick the one between Henin and muscular Serena.

All hail the Queen of Clay.

She thrashed Ivanovic 6-1, 6-2 to claim the French title.

@ PDF, do you think Henin can win the wimbledon or is she just restricted to the clay circuit?

the earlier the Williams sisters get back to form the better for women's tennis in general. Henin is head and shoulders above everyone we're going to see a complete domination without any reasonable challenge.
Only Serena seems to be able to compete with her.

Sharapova is over-rated and will go the way of Anna Kournikova, she's too limited to pose a challenge. Look at Anastasia Myskina who won the FO in 2004, she can't even win a game to save her life today!

Of course, she can.  Her game has improved since the last grass tournament.  Besides, the other players aint playing too well to challenge her.  So, she has a chance.

Her biggest opponent is Serena.

Shame she had to get stabbed there.
