I think you should visit the corporate affair commission's web site : www.cac.gov.ngI don't think you need any lawyer to register your business, just go to this site and see all it entails. You can still contact them if you are not satisfied with the info the site provides. Get their contact info from their site. SUCCESS in your prospective business venture. |

its obvois u not a lawyer or legally trained. u need a lawyer to sign ur registration documents. u cannot register a limited liability company without d services of a lawyer/solicitor or accountant. ciao

Gabriel you need to take a number of steps which inlude searching for the availability of the name you intend to use, filling the and signing the appropriate forms by a lawyer and filing the forms with the corporate affairs commision at Abuja. You must note that you need an accredited lawyer with the CAC to do all these. However if you need only a business name and not a limited liability company you can do the registration yourself from any CAC office in Nigeria. You can get in touch with me on 080837253836.
