I am a 23 year old girl, and my mother is still telling me that am not old enough to have sex. As a virgin, it is a good thing because I don't experience the issue of STD and STI or even pregnacy. There is no right age. Most girls start at 15 while guys at 21. Have it when you feel you are ready. As per STD, STI & pregnancy there are PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for these, not 100% safe but then life is full of risk.
