Seamstress Or Taylor Wanted

I am searching for a Taylor or a Seamstreass to make a formal  outfit for my six year old son.  I live in the US and would prefer to find someone here, but would be willing to discuss an arrangement abroad.  I have almost given up, while there are many websites with West African clothing available for adults I have not had the same luck with children.
