Job Summary – Gathering and interpreting the financial data required to make day-to-day and strategic management decisions, audit check of expenditure and income and preparing periodic financial reports. Would report to the Financial Controller
-2-Financial Controller (Ref: BGFC)Basic Requirements
• BSc and ICAN certified professional
• M.SC or MBA (additional management courses/seminars attended would be an advantage)
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in the financial section of preferably a manufacturing or construction outfit or similarly demanding environment with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the confidence to establish credibility at all levels within the organization
• Comfortable in a business where constant change is the order of the day
• The ideal candidate will have good systems knowledge (Microsoft office packages) and must be well versed in the use of at least two accounting applications.
Job Summary - Assume overall responsibility for the finance function of the Organization including the timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost cutting, production of P&L, Balance sheet accounts, formulating and implementing appropriate financial strategies and policies for the organization with emphasis on project finance, account receivables and payables management.

BSC in Engineering, or Applied sciences
Minimum of 8 years working experience in an operational capacity with minimum of two year in a supervisory role

Membership of Nigerian society of engineers or other relevant professional bodies/groups
Highly developed interpersonal skills within the confidence to establish credibility at all levels within the organization

The ideal candidate will have good computer knowledge (Microsoft office packages including Windows 2000, Auto CAD release 2000, Microsoft projects)
Project management skills: Preparation of Technical specifications, Bill of Quantities, and costing of materials and labour for various mechanical services and installations.
Job Summary – Would drive and supervise the operations of the organization involving projects, logistics, and business development. The individual must have good knowledge of security systems including fire protection systems, intruder detection systems etc. This office would report directly to the Executive Director
Design, supervision & commissioning of external fire hydrant system in accordance with British Standards and codes of practice.
Design, supervision & commissioning of mechanical pumps for fire protection system, plumbing installations, and sewage system as well as compressed air system.

Have knowledge of ISO requirements for organizations
Knowledge of security systems and equipment would be an added advantage.
Job Summary – Ensure quality standards are met and kept within the organization and in project execution. Oversight of operations, coordinating data quality and corrective actions and consistent review of internal processes to deliver higher quality. This office would report the Quality control Manager.
-8-Planning, Logistics and Operations officer (BGPLO)Basic Requirements
1st degree in (minimum of 2-1)logistics /planning related disciplines
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a related portfolio
Knowledge of security systems and equipment would be an added advantage.
Job Summary - Responsible for the planning, acquisition, control and support of valuable equipment for project execution. Would report to the chief operations officer

1st degree in (minimum of 2-1) Engineering (Preferably, electrical and mechanical engineering)
Minimum of 1 year working experience
Must possess the ability to begin a project/task with the end in mind
Marketing skills also required.
