Yes, sometimes I just do it, maybe unmindful.  It is said that Africans answer questions with questions.  An incident that led to that generalization is a dialogue between a white and an African, which goes thus:

White:  Is it true that Africans answer questions with questions?

African:  Who told you that?

Just by that, the white confirmed what he was told.  So, it is likely with Africans as being portrayed in the answers already given by my colleagues in nairaland above.  You can see that all of them, in a bid to supply the answer to the question, posed another question.

So, it's like that and I don't think it has any negative effect or you think so?
