My first port-of-call is usually STA Travel : I got a ticket in April for about £550. You can't pay/find information about tickets directly to Nigeria from their website (Thanks to our Yahoo boys) but you can go to any of their offices. (There's one in London Victoria.) Alternatively, you could try this travel agents at Peckham called. . . . . . . Um, sorry I'll have to check and get back to you

STA is not really cheap. I was given a quote for £590 a few days ago on BA.
You can try travel agents they may get cheaper deals. But make sure they are recommended ones.
Virgin Nigeria did a deal for a few days for £300 plus taxes. I just about missed that.
Whatever you do, make sure you book as soon as possible. Prices skyrocket from the 1st of July. Also avoid weekend trips if possible as there are extra charges.

Egyptair!! I used it before.(not fromn london)It was kool.They put me in a nice hotel for one night though.Really cheap!!
